  • Ask Member Economies to share what their major priority or concern is in the priority area
  • Discuss what kinds of projects are realistic to address these findings and concerns, recognizing APEC’s limitations
  • Discuss how to get the financial resources into a project and then ensure that real experts are involved in the project’s oversight.
